About the Project
North Luangwa Conservation Programme is a partnership between Frankfurt Zoological Society (FZS) and the Department of National Parks and Wildlife (DNPW), working to conserve the North Luangwa landscape since 1986.
We are recognised as one of Zambia’s leading conservation programmes, the first to be accredited to the IUCN Green List, and committed to equitable conservation, inclusive community engagement, and innovative landscape management under the mission “Linking Livelihoods and Landscape.”
