  • Engage with companies, investors, and other stakeholders to promote FZS-led nature-based finance initiatives.
  • Support programme managers in designing and implementing finance solutions aligned with FZS’s mission and values.
  • Co-develop outcome-based financing frameworks with internal experts and our MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning) team.
  • Track and report the performance and impact of implemented finance instruments.
  • Develop a flexible organizational framework to guide FZS programmes on nature-based finance.
  • Facilitate internal learning and contribute to best practices in conservation finance.
Your Profile
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in nature finance or natural resource management.
  • Degree in finance, business, economics or related fields, ideally with a focus on conservation or natural sciences.
  • Demonstrated understanding of nature-based finance markets and first-hand experience in fundraising for such mechanisms.
  • Proven experience in developing or managing nature-based projects/products.
  • Strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across sectors.
  • Independent, well-organized, resilient, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Strong passion for conservation, sustainability, and community-based development.
We Offer
  • A meaningful role in a leading nature conservation organization.
  • The opportunity to pioneer financing solutions that deliver real impact.
  • A collaborative, international, and mission-driven work environment.
