The international roll-out of the HR software, Personio, is a key step to improving how we manage and develop talent across our project countries. By aligning workflows and improving data management, this project aims to enhance collaboration and efficiency across teams operating in diverse regions, from Africa to South America and South East Asia. This step will help our teams focus on what matters most — protecting wildlife and ecosystems.
About the Position
As the International HR Software Roll-Out Coordinator (gn), you will lead the implementation of our HR Software, Personio, across our global project countries, tailoring the software to local needs while maintaining global standards. Working closely with our country teams, you’ll provide training, support, and guidance to ensure the system’s successful adoption. This role is central to aligning HR processes worldwide and empowering our teams.
